The Barcel Suzuki String Academy aspires to create an environment of learning and excellence, using music as a tool to nurture the whole child and enrich the community through outreach.
Congratulations, Meghan Murphy and Miguel Villanueva!
Meghan was awarded Honorable Mention at the 2013 Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra Young Artist Auditions! She will perform side-by-side with the MSO at the Stars of Tomorrow Concert on June 5, 2013 at 7:30pm at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts. In February, Miguel won first alternate for the first violin part of Bach's Violin Concerto in D minor for Two Violins at the 2013 Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra Bach Double Violin Competition. Come and see both students perform with BSSA's own Brioso and Ensemble Class at the Brioso Concert on Saturday, May 4th!
